Guest Information
To secure a booking we take a deposit of either £50 or 30% of the price of your stay.  The outstanding balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. We accept payment by VISA & Mastercard.

We have a 2 night minimum stay all year round.

Entry time on arrival day is from 2.30pm. Please advise us if you are arriving after 7pm. There is a late arrival supplement of £10 for arrivals after 9:30pm.  Please note: If you are arriving after 8pm, you will not be able to use the hot tub until the following day (9pm if you have booked a prelight)

Checkout on the day of departure is 11am.

Our bothies are always cleaned between stays but we operate a 'leave it how you find it' policy. If the bothies are left untidy, littered or excessively dirty, we reserve the right to make an additional charge.

Before arrival a deposit is required on a credit or debit card (£100 per Bothy).

We are a designated quiet site, so are unsuitable for noisy or boisterous groups - following guest feedback we are now a no music site. Please bring headphones if you want to listen to music. We do not accept stag or hen groups.

We sell firewood, firelighters, marshmallow toasting kits and disposable BBQ's onsite.

Sorry but we don't accept camper vans or caravans.

Electricity is included in our tariffs, however this does not include the charging of electric vehicles. Please advice us in advance in you need charge an EV so we can advise you if a suitable charging point will be available. Additional charges apply for EV charging.

Day Guests
At the moment we are not allowing day guests.

Packing Checklist for your holiday
Please remember to bring your bedding (pillows, sleeping bags, duvets) and towels. The Bothies have beds with base sheets.
A torch is a good idea even in summer, but essential during long nights.
We hire out gas BBQ's
For the wood fired hot tubs extra towels are a good idea and also flip flops / Crocs.
If you are having a barbecue, bring some tongs or a BBQ fork
Bothy guests use their own toilet & shower block approx. 50mtrs from the Bothy door.

In Summer:
Suntan lotion (yes even in Scotland!)
Buckets and spades for children
Pond dipping net

In Winter:
The farm can be muddy during winter and early spring so if you are planning to explore, a set of wellies would be a good idea.
Warm pyjamas
Good book or bring the laptop/tablet with films or DVD's
Woolly hat & scarf
